What makes Shadow's Corner different?

Here at Shadow’s Corner we focus on offering products which have been tried and tested by ourselves.
All our food items have been reviewed by our in house food connoisseur.
Toys have been chewed, tugged and fetched to ensure 100% fun factor and entertainment.
Accessories have survived very strickt and harsh testing environments. Mainly a strong jaw, lined with sharp teeth.
Anything else has been used by ourselves and found to be worthy of the approval of Don Shadow.

Where do our treats come from?

All our treats are imported from Australia and made with no artificial additives. Please refer to the products individual information for specifics.

How much treats should I give my pet?

If you ask your pet - 100% of his/her daily meals should be treats, however we recommend to not exceed 10% of your pets daily allowance.

If you pet eats 1000 calories per day, no more than 100 calories should come from treats.

We would always recommend to introduce new treats in small quantities to ensure your pet is ok with the treats.

How long can I keep treats?

Generally our treats have a best before of 6 months if they are stored properly.

Always keep treats in a closed bag, out of direct sunlight and in a cool room.

Why is my pet not eating his/her treats?

They might not like it. It is normal that pets might not like a certain type of treat, maybe the flavour, the texture or just the protein itself.

This is why we offer DoggyBags to allow you to try different treats in smaller quantities.

My treats look different...

As all our treats are natural products, the actual outlook of the product might vary with each batch. This is normal and is no reason to be concerned. However, you can always reach out and contact us, would we be happy to help.


How can I pay?

We accept all main payment methods incl.:

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been made (apart from Cash).

Can I amend my order after placing it?

Sure. We understand how easy it is to forget that one item or find something else - not to worry, just contact us (WhatsApp 5286 5652) and we will add the item to your order.


Where do you ship to?

We only ship orders within Hong Kong SAR. We do not ship internationally.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over HK$750. Orders with a value of HK$750 or less, buyer is responsible to pay delivery costs upon receipt.

How are my orders shipped?

As standard, we use SF Express to ship your order.

When can I get my order?

Once payment is approved, we aim to ship your order within 48hrs.

For pick-up orders, we will arrange a time and place with you directly.


Can I return food items?

No. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on food items.

Can I return custom items?

No. Any items that are customised cannot be returned or even cancelled. Once the order is placed and we have started to work on it, there will be no refund or cancellation.

Can I return other products?

Yes. If you find the product arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days to arrange the return of the product and a refund or exchange.

Products need to be in their original packaging.
